As a mobile caterer working across Dorset and Hampshire since 2010, we've served our paellas had thousands of people at weddings, parties and food festivals - always slow-cooked, rested and served fresh from the pan or hot hold. In 2020 we began investing in the production of convenient frozen paella portions taken from our freshly cooked paellas, to enable customers to defrost, heat and serve up a taste of paella refrita (re-fried) at home.
